NOIZ - Promising Cognitive Ad Networks Up to 30x Better Engagement for Advertisers

Ad Network Reengineered with Artificial Intelligence + Blockchain
Already serving 30 Million Ad impressions per day (with Partners), NOIZ is a Cognitive Ads network that promises up to 30x Better engagement for Advertisers and more revenue for Publishers.


NOIZ is a decentralized advertising exchange aimed at giving ad control back to the community, while eliminating fraud and encouraging engagement. NOIZ can be classified into the following sections:

Cognitive banner for better engagement
Artificial Intelligence allows the Nikola banner 30x more attractive and gives advertisers direct access to this engagement. Advertising interactions are recorded on the blockchain for transparency.

Ad Exchange P2P:
Advertisers and Publishers can connect directly and buy / sell ad inventory through platforms. The community controls the quality and sound of advertisers with bad business ethics, or publishers involved in plagiarism or counterfeit news.

Automatic Airdrop and Rewards Wallet
NOIZ allows advertisers to interpret tokens to purchase products (coupons), loyalty (reward points), or just engage with banners. NOIZ wallet allows users to collect crypto coupons and Reward points, which can be redeemed on Advertiser's website or partner company NOIZ.

Permitted Privacy Protection
NOIZ gives users full control over their personal data. By design, it can not be controlled by NOIZ blockchain in any form or form. Furthermore, users get compensated in NOIZ tokens to share their data with advertisers and publishers they trust.

The NOIZ platform is a digital advertising exchange - an intermediary between advertisers and publishers. NOIZ is also a token name that provides incentives for user engagement and is distributed among advertisers, publishers and charities other than users.


Nikola is a friendly AI bot behind cognitive ads, collecting, authenticating, and sorting user data. Nikola uses AI hybrid system; one form of AI to filter out spam-bot and other similar user actions to integrate with NLP technology to improve cognitive ad conversations.

The Charity Foundation

NOIZ networks, advertisers, publishers, and users can directly donate to the charities they choose. When a user redeems a coupon, their token will go to a charity rather than return to the advertiser or publisher.


Advertisers pay digital advertising costs to receive NOIZ tokens, which are then used to pay for ad creation, ad space, and user engagement. To increase user engagement, advertisers have the option to offer coupons. When a user redeems a coupon, the user's tokens will enter the charity.


Publishers are rich media sites with high traffic volume. They accept NOIZ tokens in exchange for their advertising space. Publishers may exchange, store, donate, or use their token. In the case of its use, the publisher pays the token to the user in return for user data. Publishers may also receive tokens from users in exchange for coupons on services, such as subscription fees.


The user is the person who viewed the cognitive ad on the publisher's site. The user receives NOIZ tokens by engaging with cognitive advertising. Any portion of the data, or intent, provided by the user is sent to the advertiser. Users can specify what personal information - age, gender, location - sent to advertisers and publishers. Users can exchange, store, donate, or redeem their tokens.

We are a team of advertising veterans, coming from top ad agencies like Dentsu and Ogilvy, with 300+ years of industry experience.

Token Allocation

There will be a total of 300 million NOIZ tokens issued at 0.25 USD per token. They will be distributed amongst purchases, market participants and the NOIZ founding team. 180,000,000 (60%) NOIZ tokens will be distributed during the token sale.
6,000,000 (2%) of NOIZ will be airdropped to early adopters and community members. 
24,000,000 NOIZ (8%) is set aside for the Advisors and 30,000,000 (10%) NOIZ is reserved for charitable foundations participating in the platform. 60,000,000 NOIZ (20%) will be distributed among the Founding Team members.
It is the goal of NOIZ to raise a soft cap of 15,000 ETH and a hard cap of 60,000 ETH.

NOIZ will use the early adopters funds in the following ways:

  • 20% Business Development: lead generation and outreach program
  • 10% Governance: administration, accounting, tax and legal compliance, tokenomics
  • 10% Crisis Management: anti-hacking bounty program; cyber attack security
